No Return / No Exchange Policy

We follow a strict no return and no exchange policy.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • A wrong product, wrong size, or wrong color is delivered

  • The issue occurred due to a mistake from our side

Conditions for Approval
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Clear photos or videos may be required for verification

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The customer ordered the wrong size, color, or product

  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • The request is made after the allowed time period

Replacement Policy
  • Approved cases will receive a replacement only

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
