No Return / No Exchange Policy
We follow a strict no return and no exchange policy.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- A wrong product, wrong size, or wrong color is delivered
- The issue occurred due to a mistake from our side
Conditions for Approval
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Clear photos or videos may be required for verification
Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
- The customer ordered the wrong size, color, or product
- The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- The request is made after the allowed time period
Replacement Policy
- Approved cases will receive a replacement only
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
